Three Pie Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 3/4 c. shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine flour and sugar in bowl.
    Cut in shortening until crumbly.
    Add vinegar and water.
    Mix well.
    Knead lightly on floured surface.
    Divide into thirds.
    Roll and fit into 3 pie plates.
    Bake.
    Can be frozen also and baked later.
