Chipped Ham Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard or prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. water
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 lb. chipped ham
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients except meat in saucepan and simmer 1 hour (heated until it starts thickening) then add meat.
Simmer for 1/4 to 1/2 hour.
