Hawaiian Haystacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
    4 c. cooked rice
    1 (9 1/2 oz.) can chow mein noodles
    3 medium tomatoes, diced
    1 c. celery
    1/2 to 1 c. green onion, chopped
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 to 1 c. bell pepper, diced
Preparation
    Combine soup and broth.
    Add chicken.
    Heat over medium heat until fully heated.
    On 8 individual plates, layer all ingredients, beginning with rice.
    Next, add chicken mixture and cheese.
    Add tomatoes, celery, onion, green pepper, pineapple and chow mein noodles.
    Add more sauce, if desired.
    Top with almonds.
    Serves 8.
