Pina Colada Popcorn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. popped popcorn
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/3 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. instant coconut cream pudding mix
3/4 c. rum extract
1/2 c. diced dried pineapple or candied pineapple
1/2 c. coconut, toasted*
Preparation

*To toast coconut, spread in a thin layer shallow baking pan. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 6 to 7 minutes or until light brown, stirring often.
