Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 c. cream of celery soup
    2 tsp. dried onion flakes or onion, grated
    1 fryer, cut up
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 soup cans water
Preparation
    Spread rice in a large baking dish (greased or buttered). Place cut up chicken on rice.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Put soup, water and onion in a bowl.
    Mix well before pouring over chicken and rice.
    Bake 20 minutes at 425\u00b0, then at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
