Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked macaroni
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 or 4 carrots, grated
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Toss together cooked macaroni and vegetables.
    Mix milk, mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar; pour over vegetables.
    Let sit overnight in refrigerator.
