Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Combine
all
ingredients
except soup and shape into 20 balls.
Mixture will be soft.
Roll balls in flour and brown in 3 tablespoons
shortening.
Pour
off drippings and add can of soup with 1 can of water.
Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
