Cuban Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. cooked ham
    1 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 lb. onions, slices
Preparation
    Marinate 12 hours.
    Mix juice and spices.
    Make many slits in the top of the ham.
    Pour mixture over it.
    Cover ham with sliced onions and marinate 12 hours.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, turning once and spooning the mixture over the top.
    Slice thinly.
