Beef Casserole All-In-One-Dinner(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 can undiluted cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
Preparation
    Mix ground beef with onion soup mix; place in bottom of 3-quart baking dish.
    Put uncooked frozen vegetables over the meat.
    Mix sour cream, cheese, butter, soup and curry together; mix that with the hash brown potatoes.
    Place over vegetables. Bake, covered, for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Remove cover for the last 1/2 hour.
    Delicious served with Scandinavian Tomato Salad.
