Pigs In Blanket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 to 1/2 c. rice
6 large cabbage leaves
1 green pepper
1 can tomato soup
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 egg
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 c. carrots
1 can water
Preparation

Mix together beef, pork, rice and egg.
Take cabbage leaves and cook until tender.
Then wrap the meat within the leaves. Brown celery, green pepper and carrots in butter.
Add tomato soup and equal amount of water and cook for 10 minutes.
Cover the meat mixture with tomato mixture.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 hours.
Watch and add water.
