Harvest Pumpkin Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 c. cooked, mashed pumpkin
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Crumble crackers and mix with coconut, walnuts, and butter. Pat 2/3 of mixture into an ungreased 13 x 9x 2-inch baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well.
    Spoon evenly over coconut mixture in pan; sprinkle with remaining coconut mixture. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan, then chill.
    Cut into 2 x 3-inch bars.
    Yield: about 2 dozen.
