Steak Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. cube steak
1 tsp. salt
1 onion, sliced
1 can tomatoes (1 lb.)
1 Tbsp. dark molasses
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 green pepper, sliced
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced and drained
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Toss meat that has been cut in cubes with flour, salt and pepper in a plastic bag.
Put in round casserole and bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
Remove and add all other ingredients; mix well.
Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
The ingredients make a real flavorful gravy.
Serve over hot noodles. Makes 6 servings.
