Pepper Glazed Cajun Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    6 Tbsp. hot pepper jelly
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Sprinkle seasoning over chicken.
    Heat oil in large pan over medium heat; add chicken and cook 10 minutes.
    Remove and set aside.
    Add onions to drippings in skillet and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in jelly, broth and vinegar.
    Return chicken to pan; spoon glaze over chicken.
    Cover and cook until chicken is tender. Remove chicken and cook liquid until thick.
    Spoon over chicken.
