California Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. finely chopped green peppers (optional)
    1 c. finely chopped onions
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, then add all the other ingredients and serve after cheese has melted.
    Serve with Tostado chips or Fritos and a tossed salad.
