Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large sweet potatoes
1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
2 deep dish pie crusts
Preparation

Boil potatoes until tender.
Drain and place in a large mixing bowl.
With electric mixer, beat in margarine, sugars, Eagle Brand milk, vanilla, cinnamon and eggs; mix well.
Pour into pie crust and bake for 30 minutes or until firm.
