Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 large or 3 small egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and salt.
    Add 1 cup milk to flour mixture. Add 1/2 cup milk to egg yolks; beating well, then add to other mixture.
    Cook in double boiler until thickened.
    Add vanilla and margarine.
    Cool.
    Alternate in layers with bananas and vanilla wafers.
