Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heads cauliflower
    3 green peppers
    3 pimentos
    2 lb. carrots
    1 bunch celery
    1 lb. mushrooms
    3 zucchini
    1 bunch broccoli
    2 cucumbers
    1 box (pt.) cherry tomatoes
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2/3 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    3 c. tarragon vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. tarragon leaves
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut vegetables into bite-size pieces. Combine oil, olive oil, vinegar and remaining ingredients. Stir until well mixed. Pour over vegetables. Cover and chill at least 12 hours. Stir occasionally. Makes 30 servings.
