Josie'S Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Smok-Y-Links, sliced to 1-inch sections
    6 eggs
    2 1/2 c. torn up bread (white works best)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with a nonstick spray.
