1 pkg. Smok-Y-Links, sliced to 1-inch sections
6 eggs
2 1/2 c. torn up bread (white works best)
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
