Chicken International - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    1 can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 bouillon cube (chicken)
    2 tsp. minced onion
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 can pimento, sliced
Preparation
    Cook chicken and debone it.
    Cut into pieces.
    Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
    Add chicken and salt, stirring constantly for 3 minutes.
    Add the rest of ingredients.
    Cook until vegetables are almost soft.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 8.
