Zucchini Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

larger zucchini
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. grated zucchini
1 c. tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. basil
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder
Preparation

Cut squash in half lengthwise.
Boil 1/2, cut side down, for 20 minutes.
Scoop out the squash.
Mix and place in shell of squash the cooked squash, cheese, grated zucchini, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder and basil.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
