Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter or margarine
1 pkg. unseasoned cornbread stuffing
1 lb. cooked and drained zucchini
1 medium sized onion
1 carrot, grated
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation

Melt butter; stir in stuffing mix.
Line bottom of 9 x 15-inch pan.
Save enough chunks to sprinkle over top.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Pour in pan.
Sprinkle crumbs on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
