Cream Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 -8 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 eggs
    3/4 C sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    Vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Combine and beat first 4 ingredients. Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of paper cup cake paper. (If using miniature cups, break wafers up, and use enough to cover bottom.)
    Fill about 2/3 full. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with favorite fruit pie filling. Keep refrigerated.
