One Dish Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 can soyameat chicken style, diced
    1 c. carrots, diced
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. water
    3 pkg. G. Washington broth
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix onion, celery, rice, carrots and soyameat in large bowl. Put oil, soup, water and broth into saucepan; heat and stir until smooth.
    Pour sauce over casserole and mix gently.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
