Simple Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Mix the sugar, oil, cinnamon, salt and baking soda.
Then mix in flour and eggs.
Fold or mix in carrots.
Bake at 350\u00b0F for 1 hour.
