Eclair Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

graham crackers
1 large pkg. French vanilla pudding (instant)
3 c. milk
8 oz. container Cool Whip
1 can chocolate cake icing
Preparation

Prepare pudding (use 3 cups milk) and stir in Cool Whip.
Set aside.
Line a 9 x 13-inch pan or dish with graham crackers.
Pour some of pudding mixture over crackers.
Make another layer of graham crackers and pour on remainder of
pudding.
Make another layer of graham crackers.
Ice the top layer of crackers with the chocolate icing.
Refrigerate and serve the next day.
