Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    8 oz. water chestnuts, chopped
    3 green onions
    1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
    frozen crab meat or shrimp, chopped fine
    1 pumpernickel round
Preparation
    Thaw and squeeze spinach until dry.
    Stir together spinach, sour cream, soup mix, salad dressing or mayonnaise, chopped chestnuts, green onions and seafood.
    Blend well.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
