Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat, cut into cubes
    2 c. cooking oil
    1 can mushroom gravy
    1 c. tomato juice
    1/2 envelope onion soup mix
    1 c. water
    4 or 5 potatoes, quartered
Preparation
    Brown stew meat in cooking oil.
    Drain grease.
    Add mushroom gravy, tomato juice, soup mix, and water.
    Cover and let simmer about 15 minutes.
    Put potatoes in a casserole dish and cover with meat mixture. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is well cooked.
    Stir once or twice during cooking.
