Triple Orange Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole angel food cake
    2 large cans mandarin oranges
    2 pkg. orange flavored Jell-O
    1 qt. orange sherbet
    1 large container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Drain mandarin oranges; save juice.
    Bring 1 cup of juice to a boil.
    Stir in gelatin until dissolved.
    Pour into large bowl. Add sherbet.
    Stir in until melted.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Using a 13 x 9-inch pan, tear 1/2 of your angel food cake into bite size pieces.
    Cut 1/2 of your mandarin oranges over top of angel food cake.
    Place 1/2 of mixture over top of cake and oranges.
    Repeat until you use all your ingredients.
    Garnish with Cool Whip and mandarin oranges.
