Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Grease and flour 10 x 13-inch jelly roll pan or cookie sheet with solid grease, not Pam.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Add sugar and pumpkin.
    Mix together remaining ingredients, then add to pumpkin mixture.
    Pour into prepared pan, spreading evenly.
    Bake 17 minutes.
    Immediately flip onto linen (not terrycloth) towel that you have covered with powdered sugar. Roll up and let sit for 1/2 hour.
