Deluxe Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. rhubarb, diced
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. flour
a lump of butter
1 (8-inch) baked pie shell
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
4 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Beat until stiff.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
