Round Steak "Fingers" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak
    1 egg
    evaporated milk
    flour
Preparation
    Cut a large round steak into finger strips, about the size of your baby finger.
    This is done fastest using kitchen scissors. Dip each piece into a pan containing one beaten egg and a little evaporated milk.
    Then dip into pan with flour or shake in a paper bag containing flour until coated.
    Salt and pepper.
    Fry in oil or bacon drippings until brown and crunchy.
    Gravy can be made from drippings; serve over rice or potatoes.
