Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, sliced, cooked and drained or 2 (1 lb.) cans carrots, drained
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
1/2 can tomato soup (10 3/4 oz. size)
1/2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Mix carrots, green pepper and onion; set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Pour over carrot mixture and mix well.
Let stand in refrigerator 24 hours.
