Squash Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. diced squash (yellow squash)
    2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped green bell pepper
    2 c. chopped red bell pepper
    2 c. white vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Let stand overnight.
    Slowly boil for 5 minutes.
    Pack in jars and seal.
