Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) bag carrots, shred thin and cook tender-crisp
1 onion, shred or chop
1 green pepper, sliced or chopped
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 (6 oz.) can Snappy-Tom tomato juice
