Snow Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3/4 c. warm water
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted shortening
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add melted shortening.
    Knead and roll out.
    Shape into rolls and let set for about 30 minutes.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until brown.
    Serve warm with butter or syrup, jam or honey.
