Tuna Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
2 small cans tuna
1 c. mayonnaise (try fat-free variety)
1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
3 Tbsp. olives, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Soak gelatin in 3/4 cup water for 5 minutes.
Dissolve gelatin (after soaking) over hot water in a double boiler or use 2 saucepans.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
Add gelatin; stir well.
Pour into mold.
Chill 2 hours.
Unmold. Delicious served as spread on crackers.
