Baked Zucchini Fans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small zucchini
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried whole thyme
Preparation
    Slice each zucchini lengthwise into 1/4-inch slices, taking care not to cut through the stem ends.
    Place zucchini fans in a lightly greased shallow pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well.
    Brush butter mixture over sliced zucchini.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until tender, basting occasionally.
    Makes 6 servings.
