Christmas Morning Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 slices bread, trimmed and in pieces
    6 eggs
    8 oz. shredded cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Butter a 7 x 10-inch casserole dish.
    In one bowl, mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
    In another bowl, mix bread and cheese.
    Place cheese and bread in casserole dish.
    Pour egg mixture over bread and cheese.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Sprinkle with bacon bits.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
    Serves 8.
