Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Melt in large cake pan margarine and shortening.
Coat chicken with mixture of flour, salt, paprika and pepper.
Place coated chicken in pan, skin side down.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Turn chicken over and bake 30 more minutes.
Do not cover chicken.
