Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground pork sausage, uncooked
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients well and put in a large casserole dish.
    Cover and bake 1 hour, stirring occasionally, during baking.
    Remove cover and spoon accumulated fat from top of casserole.
    Return to oven for 15 minutes.
