Chocolate Sugar Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    1/4 c. 10x sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    red and green sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and vanilla.
    Stir in water.
    Add flour and mix well.
    Stir in nuts.
    Shape in 1-inch balls and roll in red or green sugar.
    Bake 1-inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes or firm to touch.
    Cool before removing from pan.
    Yield: 4 dozen cookies.
