Italian Filled Artichokes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 artichokes
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. chopped parsley
dash of oregano
salt
pepper
flavored bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Mix and add enough bread crumbs to make a thick paste.
Trim brown petals and tips on artichokes.
Wash and spread petals apart slightly.
Put filling between petals.
Stand up in pot, half filled with water.
Pour 3 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper over them.
Cook about 1 hour.
Pinch with fork; if it goes in easy, they are done.
