Armenian Farmer Casserole(Meatballs And Vegetables) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground chuck or lamb
    3 eggs
    1/3 c. snipped parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add remaining ingredients.
    Shape into 48 meatballs. Cook in 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat until meatballs are browned.
    Transfer to a large (3 1/2-quart) casserole.
