Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    2 c. artichoke hearts, drained
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 large onion (rings)
    1 Tbsp. dry parsley
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in covered container and let sit in brine for 1 day.
    Serve on endive leaves.
    No cooking necessary.
