Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 small can mushrooms, diced
    2 cans beef broth
    1 can chicken broth
    1/4 c. water
    2 1/8 c. raw rice
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Cook peppers and mushrooms in margarine until tender. Mix all ingredients in a large baking dish.
    Blend well. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
