Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 small chopped onion
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (pieces and stems)
    2 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 1/2 c. boiled water
    1 can French onion soup
    1 c. long cooking rice
Preparation
    Melt butter and saute onions until yellow.
    Combine rest of ingredients in a greased 1 3/4 quart casserole dish.
    Pour butter and onions on top.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
