Jalapeno Cheese Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) boxes Velveeta
    1 lb. New York sharp Cheddar
    1 lb. mild Cheddar
    2 lb. hot Jimmy Dean sausage
    18 fresh jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Melt cheeses all together in double boiler.
    Cook sausage until brown and crumbly; drain.
    Chop peppers, seeds and all, removing only tops.
    When cheese is melted, add sausage and peppers.
    Pour immediately into large cake pan.
    Refrigerate.
    Cut into slabs. Wrap in waxed paper.
    May refrigerate or freeze.
    Keeps well.
