Italian Creme Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. white Karo syrup
3 tsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter
Preparation

Mix the flour with sugar before adding milk.
Add Karo syrup after milk.
Cook over medium heat to soft ball stage.
Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
Let cool slightly, then beat.
Add nuts (if desired) and pour in buttered pan.
