Grilled Marinated Flank Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 lb. flank steak
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
1/4 c. honey
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 onion, finely minced
Preparation

Prick both sides of steak with fork and place in shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over steak.
Cover and marinate for 24 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally. Remove steak from marinade and grill over hot coals for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until desired degree of doneness.
