Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. carrots, grated
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil and eggs.
    Then add flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
    Blend in carrots.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
